#2 Ohio State saved by Craft vs #10 Iowa State (Video)
The stakes were high, the pressure was on, the crowd was jumping, but Aaron Craft was as cool as the other side of the pillow. Instead of driving to win the game with a layup or go to the line for shots, Craft stepped up and popped it, a game winning three pointer to beat Iowa State 78-75.

#4 Syracuse survive against #12 California
Twelve minutes. The Syracuse Orange went twelve minutes without a field goal, but survived and defeated the California Golden Bears 66-60 thanks to a mixture of good defense and bad shooting.

#9 Wichita State shocks #1 Gonzaga (Video)
Southern almost did it. Now Wichita State has done it. Gonzaga’s gone, the first 1 seed to be eliminated is the Bulldogs, who lost 76-70 on Saturday night to the Wichita State Shockers. Fitting isn’t it?

#3 Marquette rallies past #6 Butler (Video)
Could it happen again? Could Butler pull off a miracle shot to beat Marquette for the second time this season. With 2 second left, down 2, an ugly shot was thrown up, and no prayers were answered. Marquette 74 Butler 72.

#12 Oregon knocks out #4 Saint Louis
No one in Oregon is complaining about that 12 seed now, after they dismantled Saint Louis in route to a 74-57 victory and their first Sweet Sixteen since 2007.

#6 Arizona steamrolls #14 Harvard
By halftime Saturday, I am sure Harvard could not wait to just get out of Utah and just get on with their smart, successful lives. Starting the game on a 30-9 run helped Arizona demolish the Crimson 74-51 to follow suit on a Saturday filled with blowouts.

Louisville shows #8 Colorado State why they are #1
Russ Smith may have missed a breakaway dunk and then benched by Rick Pitino, but all in all, he had a good day. Smith’s 27 points and Louisville’s defense helped them defeat Colorado State 82-56 on Saturday.

#3 Michigan State cruises past #6 Memphis
Memphis never lead in this game, but it was close until Gary Harris and Adreian Payne decided to take over. Their combined 37 points helped the Spartans defeated the Tigers 70-48.

#3 Florida recovers, destroys #14 Northwestern State; #11 Minnesota sends #6 UCLA packing
After only being up 8 at halftime, the Florida Gators met in the locker room, came out, and obliterated NCAA’s highest scoring team 79-47. With a  mixture of 9 threes, 50% shooting from the field, and a certain confidence that only Tubby Smith exhumes, Minnesota defeated UCLA 83-63.

#8 North Carolina shine against #9 Villanova; #1 Kansas avoids major scare vs #16 Western Kentucky
North Carolina would not let coach Roy Williams wait another day as a coach with 699 victories, so they got him number 700 by commanding the game and beating Villanova 78-71. After Gonzaga’s near upset to a 16 seed, all the #1′s would really try and not have that repeated, right? Wrong, The Hilltoppers, who lead at halftime, fell to Kansas 64-57 in a game that a lot closer than the score.

#2 Ohio State breezes by #15 Iona; #10 Iowa State demolishes #7 Notre Dame
Ohio State’s game was going on simultaneously with Georgetown’s, but someway the Buckeyes knew they would not be the second #2 seed of the day to lose, so they turned on the afterburners and blew by Iona 95-70. Iowa State found Notre Dame’s weakness, we don’t know exactly what is it, but they scored at ease in a 76-58 victory over the Irish.
